Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. We cannot accept returns of perishable goods, personal care items, or custom/special orders.

Return Process

Once your return is approved, our shipping partner will contact you on your registered phone number. Please follow up with them until the item reaches us. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Refunds

We will inspect the returned item within 5 business days. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
